On Raw, Edge had Mr. Kennedy put The Money In The Bank Briefcase on the line, Kennedy agreed to it. When it was time for the match, Edge beat the crap out of Kennedy before the opening bell, then Kennedy got the ref. to go ahead and start the match, Edge speared Kennedy and got the pin, to become The New Money In The Bank Briefcase Holder…
On ECW, Tazz got a WWE Mobile Alert that said Edge is The New World Heavyweight Champion…
On SmackDown, The General Manager intended on determining the undisputed World Heavyweight Champion in a tumultuous Steel Cage Match between The Champion Undertaker and Batista, which concluded in a draw as both men escaped the steel cage at the same time. Following the match, Edge capitalized on an injured, brutalized Phenom (after both the caged encounter and a monstrous beating from a returning Mark Henry) to become the new champion.
SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long has responded to the now New World Heavyweight Champion Edge’s heinous actions by placing the Rated-ZZZZ Superstar in a title match against Batista at Judgment Day.
