Ok, I've been watching Evil Dead films & AOD, what caught my attention is when Ash told his story about how his life went upside down during the 1st film...but in AOD he didn't about how his friends got killed, just showed him & Linda getting off thier car. What gives? Plus the house didn't looked like the one from last 2 films.  Something's amiss here. |

Ok, the 1st film showed Ashley & his friends in the car.
Now in AOD, Ashley & Linda are in it....
The houses both Evil Dead & AOD are different...

Yeah.. I think the reason they did that was because they couldn't get the actress who played Linda to come back for Army of Darkness..
Also.. Some time after the first Evil Dead was made.. It was torn up pretty bad because of some drunken teens. So that could explain why they didn't film the original cabin either

that was because Sam Raimi couldnt get the rights for the first movie back inorder to use the scenes, therefor they had to re shoot everything and since it was such a small part of the movie they just decided to cut the fat and make it just ash and linda
