30 years old...losing memory

You know, when I begin reaching my 30th year, I started to lose my memory...like one time I happen to play a video game, and after I played it I totally forgot what I did with it, like, did I finished the game? Or like when I put my key elsewhere, but failed to remember where I put it last which resulted me going out without locking the door....which reminds me, I better check if I did close the door, but then again I might've forgotten the key...................Jasette, have you gone this stage?

I tend to go through this, sometimes. Being 20 it should be scary!
But I don't think the problem is your memory. When you set your key down, you were probably thinking of other things that prevented you from remembering you set your key there.
