I just voted Freddy vs. Jason (and I've seen, and actually own, every movie on this list).

Freddy vs. Jason had some very very surprisingly good moments, but it also had some huge disappointing moments. All in all, Jason was awesome. Ken Kirzinger's performance is sorely underrated.
