Corporate screw-up!

I am so mad! The last two years I've been at my job and cashed out my vacation pay, I had the right hours and right pay but, this time I got screwed over! 
Seems the corporate office of the agency I work for messed up the vacation and sick pay for pay offs and I received less then a third of the hours I'd put in, giving me less pay! Get this, it was done to all the employees for this agency and it'll take a while for the big bosses to clear out the mess before we all get our pay outs. It ticks me off to where if I had back teeth, I'd chew nails! I just had to vent. What's worse is as soon as I do, Uncle Sam will be there for his hand out and take a big chunk of it. We, the little people work our butts off and it seems the more ya make, the more they take. With everything in the economy going up, including gasoline, it's hard to live. I know there's people out there that know what I'm talking about. 
I don't take sick leave or vacation time. I can't. So, I cash 'em out at the end of the year and I know I have a crap load of hours put it. Usually, it's 55 hours. This time, it was 14.35! At almost ten dollars an hour. Ya can see who got screwed this year.
