Well...decided to do some major ass weight lefting this year, since originally I was under 100 pounds and managed to gain maxium dose of weight, figured I'd do some exercises to gain muscles...though I havn't been weight lefting god knows how long ago, yet I'm going to. Rob, this'll might interest you in suggesting what I should do and help me out where to begin.

Haha.. Well.. Start off light. And DO NOT work out when you're sore.. When you're sore from lifting weights.. It means your muscles are growing. If you lift while sore, you're pretty much not gaining anything. Start out light.
