To be honest I consider myself lucky. Those pics you see above are me at 159lbs I got to 171lbs! I stopped lifting and my size disapeard but my shape remained the same. I am very lucky I have fantastic genetics. I have worked out now for 3 weeks and I look like a diffeent person already! I baffeld my g/f so much that she staterd working out with me! Luckily I think IMO she has great genetics as well! She is reallt getting strong fast!I am seeing some shape in her arms after only 4 arm workouts! So I should be back to my old self at 170 or so in about 6 months. I will be so happy then

I used to only do calisthenics and I would always wonder how the hell I could lift something so damn much but have no real good shape, until i realized that calisthenics give you muscle they dont really show, so after about a few months of calisthenics, I started lifting regular and it started showing. Curls have worked best for me.

that was my problem, I had no motivation when I first started working out, nothing got me going like I wanted it to, work out was hard and wasnt fun, so I quit for a while, and kept getting into it and quitting until I finally just started for good. Still no real motivation except for results
