First the movie Pumping Iron, but I knew Id need true knowledge and motivation so I turned to the Gods first book about it and I COULDNT put it down! I was reading it while I ate, crapped, worked, watched TV and in between sets! And after I was done I read it again. I promise to god if you have a focused mind that can focuse on a book this will change your working out attitude and motivation as far as you know it!  |

Luckily I think IMO she has great genetics as well! She is reallt getting strong fast!I am seeing some shape in her arms after only 4 arm workouts! dont let her get too buff, I wouldnt want a girlfriend that can kick my ass.  |
