I know how you feel. I've had to deal with Cutler for his first 3 years. I've defended him every time he was criticized and was even understanding of the situation of a possible trade, but when he went and talked crap about the Denver fans, that's when I really gave up on him and was glad he was gone.
He's got potential to be a fantastic quarterback, but he's still very immature. Still making rookie mistakes in his 4th season. When the pressure is on, he just throws it up, which is why he's thrown more picks than Touchdowns. BUT, I'm glad he's happy with Chicago. I'm pretty sure Chicago was his favorite team growing up. I hope he tastes success in Chicago.

He's okay. But I want Orton back. At least Orton didnt joke during night games.
They need to put in Haney for Christ sake.

Well, I'm not speechless this weekend... but the words I have in mind are not usually welcome in a civilized society.
It's gotten so crappy for me watching football this weekend that it's actually kind of funny at this point. First Clemson gets whipped by USC which is to a Tiger fan worse than a root canal. Then Alabama and Nick Saban pull one out of their ass against Auburn... why do I care? Trust me every Dolphin fan hopes Alabama never wins another game with Saban. Then Georgia beats Georgia Tech (I'm a diehard ACC fan) and Florida spanks Florida State. I actually dreaded Sunday after a Saturday like that and then the Panthers and Dolphins made it a clean sweep just to keep things in conformity.
The Clemson loss was the worst of it all though, that's pretty much makes or breaks our season - the rivalry against the Gamecocks... and me sitting through it all with my Spiller jersey on...

That is one horrible sports weekend, MIB. I'm not too into college football, so I'm never too disappointed when UCLA or Colorado loses, but I have been getting pretty deeply into Basketball. A little upset that the Nuggets lost to the TIMBERWOLVES, but they're still first in the division.

I love college basketball and pull for the Spurs in the NBA... I pull for all the ACC teams in basketball so now I'm pretty bummed out because they lost the Big 10/ACC challenge for the first time ever this year. I'm hoping that my sporting luck can only go up from here... at least I can still brag that the Tarheels were National Champs this year.
I'll never be into college football as much as the basketball until they fix the playoff system... or lack there of. It is such a joke right now. I can't imagine how exciting it would be to see a March Madness style football tourney with maybe 16 teams.

If I would've guessed, I'd have thought you'd be a Miami Heat fan. ;D

Well, there was no Heat when I was down there. I do like D Wade though - what a great guy. I pulled for the Bulls for years because of MJ (Tarheel). And I became a Hornets fan and went to some games before they violated us and moved. So I drifted over to the Spurs because I really liked David Robinson and when they got Tim Duncan I was hooked completely there. It's not that I can't be loyal to an NBA team... I was really behind the Hornets. I will probably try to root for the Bobcats if they ever make an effort to put together a team. I wasn't a bandwagon jumper for the Spurs either... I was pulling for them before all their championships... that kind of made it sweeter too.

I know what you mean. I was never into basketball nearly as much as I am into football. I've been into football since I was a baby. Watching Denver games with my Dad and playing Tecmo Bowl.
