I'm with you on the fact that Brady is not in the same league as Manning... but not many are. I think you are seeing why I had him (Peyton) as my top guy at least for a while. Who else has had the ability to go to a new team (even after a devastating injury) and command the offense to near perfection immediately. Aside from that Pitt game he has looked as good as new.
I do have Brady in my top ten, not so much for what he's doing now, but for what he did on that great run. He did have it well coached, but they had an average offense when he came in. And as much as I HATE to say it as Bledsoe is one of my all-time faves... he stepped in and did what Drew couldn't and he maintained a level of play and ridiculous accuracy over a longer stretch than just about anyone ever... short of Marino... bumped up as with Dan because of no running game. Do I like him no... do I ever pull for him... no... but I'll give him his due and it is HOF status, just not top level like Peyton, Dan and Elway. Those people that try to put him up there are delusional, Boston homers.

Check out this quote.
"Joe Montana was a product of the system. Dan Marino was the system" - Bill Walsh
I think that is a perfect example of Brady and Manning today. And on an even larger scale than Montana/Marino. I have never in my life witnessed a quarterback in control of the game than I have Manning, Elway and Marino. And I have never witnessed a quarterback who benefits more from the system he's in than Brady. That might be one of the greatest football related quotes of all time, that can really decipher what a great quarterback is.
