Part II.

It was a tough decision really. i do like what this slasher flick did for horror. Personally, parts 1-6 are ok. From there it does get kinda stale and over the top. Need i mention: Jason Takes Manhaaten *gag*. What a farce of a film. It veered too far away from its origins and although we get to see Jason's manky arse face in the sewer at the end....Its nothing more than a "chase Me2 film. Should have stayed at Crystal Lake. Dont even say anything about Freddy V Jason. What a waste of time

Part 2 was good.. Sometimes my opinion will kinda change about this series.. I do like Manhattan... But yeah.. Why leave the lake? That's a good point.

i think they were trying to be a tad more 'commercial' with JTM. For me tho', it didnt work. just the odd decent scene like on the boat at the begining. The rest is 'chase me' and its annoying. Jason stalking and slashing at CC is what Friday series is all about.

Anyway, each to their own i guess.

What I loved about Jason was knowing that he will kill anyone he sees..
Watching him walk past everyone in Manhattan really bugged me...
