Here is bit of weird trivia I found about The African Queen the other day. After I went to see the new True Grit I dug around to see if I could find a copy of the original. The True Grit dvds were too expensive... I'm sure raised up because of the new film. But I did find the sequel which is called [[Rooster Cogburn (and the Lady)]]. The connection is that the "Lady" is Katherine Hepburn and the story is (intentionally) a western version of The African Queen.

I posted a larger copy because the little print is pretty funny...
