A good way to get a lot of page hits is to pick a song that is currently on the hot list and cover it.
It's how a lot of aspiring artists gained their way to fame. Here are a couple of examples.

You are exactly right! That's what we will try to do. The Isaiah 6 song (the Holy Holy Holy demo) is one of the top Christian songs by Todd Agnew. So I've got it tagged with all that good stuff. She will be doing some top secular hits later as well. I'm going to pester her do at least one vid a week.  |

BTW - both of those girls in the videos you posted are very good. The Simple Man girl is amazing on the guitar. Marii is just starting on that instrument but she's getting there. I'd say she'd have more success doing like the second girl and focusing on being a vocalist. We did record the song she wrote, but then she wouldn't let me put it on Youtube. She wants to do it again. The good news is that the dude from the Kings of Leon has set up a time to hear her play to give her instructions on what to work on and such. He said he has a lot of contacts in Nashville, which would be the best bet for Marii's style of music. She told me today that she's never heard a song by them. I told her it was time to start.  |

Crap, I'm helping (or trying to at least) and I have no clue what I'm doing. I used to DJ plenty of dances in highschool and college... but I know very little about recording music. At least I'm supportive |
