Kinda wanna die. All that Detroit taunting is REALLY making me dislike them, now. You'd think with all those years of losing they'd learn to be humble. Nope.

Well J... Misery loves company. Our losing weekend is complete! Carolina, Miami and Denver all lost... and worst of all for me - my great orange hope Clemson took a dive against Georgia Tech and all National Title aspirations are gone. It's back to just hoping that Alablowme loses. I do hope Clemson doesn't fall apart and at least takes the ACC and a bowl win. I was a bit disappointed in Schsheffffller with all his taunting, it seemed a bit overboard. And not that it mattered much but that long pass to Decker in the first quarter was a clear TD to me. If they had called it that way to start with like they are supposed to since all scoring plays are reviewed... they would definitely not have reversed it. Just to show how confused that doofus official was on that play - did you notice he charged Carolina with a time out? Either he's totally blind or he didn't get the memo that Fox switched teams

Ha, no I didn't notice. I had a feeling they'd pull that "ruling stands" call. Seems like they don't usually go Denver's way. I don't know how much clearer you can get on a touchdown pass. I'm sure it killed a ton of momentum that they could've had. And the officiating was horrendous (Again) but 45-10 is never acceptable. Especially against a team that is historically the worst of all time. I was happy to see your Dolphins leading, but bummed at the same time. I really want them to get Luck. They deserve someone that promising since Marino retired. Who was it? Burleson? That jumped in the Denver crowd? That's what really irked me in the beginning. I would've pulled his helmet off his head and shoved him out of the stands. I'd probably get kicked out, but oh, well. I really don't like that kind of thing. I thought it was funny that the Denver fan threw the orange towel over his face. And for Tony to taunt Denver that way is just ridiculous. I'll be rooting against the Lions for a good while because of the crap they pulled, today.

The first guy was Titus Young, the rookie from Boise State. I was curious if he was from Colorado or something because he looked genuine and stuff like that always intrigues me. (WTH else do I have to be interested in the NFL this year). So anyway, I looked it up and he's from L.A. so unless he saw the Bronco logo and had a college flashback I'm not sure what he was doing. It was his first NFL touchdown so he may have been excited... a lotish.
I've liked Suh since he was in college. I don't know if you remember but when we had that draft thread I said that I'd trade my whole draft for him. He needs to tone it down a bit though or he will be fined. I like the nastiness though. I didn't like all the taunting though... it was stupid. They'll pay for that somewhere because somebody with that same attitude will take exception and one of their important guys will be out for the year.
I lost a little bit of my Lions love when the coach went after Harbaugh. I'm not a great JH mark or anything (turning down Miami still stings) but that just made him look like an assclown.
I still love their core guys of Stafford, Johnson and Suh... that's a legendary 3some in the making, but I can DEFINITELY understand why you need them to lose a few. If that was Miami I'd be looking for silver and blue voodoo dolls ;D
