A message for all my fellow countrymen:
Happy Canada Day! I love this country. It ain't perfect, but it's beautiful and glorious and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
Hail Canada! Hail all the men and women who helped create it, who maintain it, and defend it!
Hail Canada!

I feel the same way about my country. Though, growing up, it seems as though people are becoming less and less proud of it.

I've always wanted to explore Canada a bit more. We visited once, the U.S. and Canada's twin city - Sault Ste. Marie (What an awesome place I could've stayed there and watched the ships for a month!!!). I've always wanted to see more of your country Simon, I know it is an absolutely beautiful place with a lot of natural wonders for an outdoor freak like me. @ Jason... I've not been proud of our government for years, but I love this country and most of it's people. There are bad apples in every country and place... but there are a lot of good Americans and we are NOT our government! I had to explain this recently (kind of harshly) to a South American dude on YT... he finally apologized and clarified his statement to separate us from our shitty leaders. I don't get into many, if any, arguments online... but as the great Hag once sang: When they're runnin' down my country, hoss, They're walkin' on the fightin' side of me. Hope you enjoyed your Day up there Simon. It would be cool to hear more about the traditions you have and even how our country's early July holidays tie together... I'm a history buff but for some reason I've never heard much about that...

You actually got a YOUTUBE USER to apologize? Canada has been a country I've wanted to visit too. I've never left the states, though. Not sure if I'll ever get the chance to. The only traveling I'm really going to be doing is hopefully saving enough money to go to some Broncos games in Denver once every year or two. Hoping to go to my first Denver home game this year.

I It would be cool to hear more about the traditions you have and even how our country's early July holidays tie together. We have our national day 3 days before yours so that our countrymen with American relatives can get over their hangovers in time to get down there and party with y'all.
