Lol... unfortunately that WOULD actually happen every single time somebody did that.
The police in our small neighborhood have actually told us that 3 people have to call in the same complaint before they will come out to investigate. So I have already decided if I ever need them I will make it sound really bad (like the guy in the clipping) when I call them.
I guess the good thing is that there are 5 of us on the Neighborhood Watch so if anything ever happens we plan to all call them at once. The bad thing is by the time we all call each other to let them know to get the police... somebody could already be dead.
