Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?  Not that kind of football... Definitely not THIS kind of football...  THIS kind of football:  And what a way to start the season!!! Thursday night's game was awesome, unless you are a Ravens fan... or started their defense on your fantasy team. Check out this LINK to the Ravens blog. It's a ranking of the top 10 quarterbacks. They had Manning at #3 behind Brady and Rodgers. If Peyton is actually 3rd... they don't want to f@#kn' see any part of Tom and Aaaron after last night... I wonder where they would list #18 this morning. You might think that the MVP of Thursday night's game should be Manning. Sure he had 7 touchdowns, but he only TIED a record. The true MVP did something nobody has ever accomplished in the history of the NFL. This unsung heroine - a nameless cheerleader - was able to render Al Michaels and Chis Collinsworth speechless for several awkward seconds... while also proving that while players are a bit rusty week one - the cameraman is in mid-season form. ... and that's how to start a thread!!! |

Miss ol' Hank.  I don't even know what they do for Monday Night Football now. I am actually looking forward to seeing Carrie Underwood on Sunday Night Football. ¢¾ Those pictures are hilarious, and I've probably seen the "Football On Your Phone" video a good ten times. I love that about these guys. Especially Peyton. As serious as a person can get on the football field, but when it's time to joke around, no athletes really do it much better. I have the first three quarters of the game recorded. Do you remember when the cheerleader had Al and Cris speechless? I never noticed that. Would like to go review this.  And I'm stealing that gif.  |

Don't feel bad Krueger... that's usually always the way I feel when my Fins play the Pats... we can beat them in the first half. Now if I could just learn to cut the game off at halftime... my anxiety would be much more under control ;D

That's a great collection of the trip. I'm really jealous of the snow, I do hope we get some here this year. Was it any trouble driving in it or did they have the roads you traveled on pretty clear?
I'm glad you got to see Manning play... and he showed out in the cold weather for all the haters. I'm so glad he is taking all those records... I'm not real happy with Brady having ANY of Marino's records... and I'd rather Manning have the ones that Brees has too.
