I couldn't bring myself to this thread for awhile because this years SB did hurt... and with my poor health my anxiety was bad enough... I didn't even want to think about football for awhile.

Funny stuff though... band-wagoners lol. I've always liked Seattle myself but I wouldn't call myself a big fan or say that they are my team. The thing us long time fans of specific teams can take solace in is that these guys/gals will never know the joy of their long time team making the SB, NBA Finals, WS etc... They can never know what it feels like to suffer through the valleys so in turn they will never know how high the peak is when it is reached. Not saying I enjoy the low times, but without them... the payoff isn't truly a payoff.

I also gotta say that having a great team with high expectations is a bit of a burden. When you do win, you're winning games you're supposed to, but when you lose it feels inexcusable.
