On IMDb is currently listed as being called "Retribution". I remember waaay back in January we were supposed to get some official news on H9 by sometime in mid February. of course that came and went and we still haven't heard anything. by the way Samara, nice to meet you. i'll change my avatar soon since we're looking pretty similiar at the moment.  |

someone on IMDb said something pretty interesting that went: "One of the major reasons for the delay was the Weinstein brothers leaving Disney which owns Miramax Films. The Weinsteins are taking Dimension Films (subsidiary of Miramax) with them in the split and all Dimension Film productions were on put hold for a long period time."
Of course this is just some user posting this but it does hold some water since the Weinstein Bros drama was some pretty major news earlier this year.
