Duane Bradley looks and appears just like any other average Joe. But what he constantly carries in his basket is far from anything normal.
This film took a very different turn in the horror genre. You won't find anything out there like Basket Case. Duane Bradley is out to seek revenge against the doctors who separated him from his twin brother, Belial, against their will. Belial was left for dead by the doctors so Duane could live a normal life. Duane loved his brother and was very upset about the surgery. Now, all grown up, Duane has made an oath to rid the world of the doctors who separated him from his brother. But what does he carry with him in that basket?
