Greetings, from The Horror Movie Fan Club! I'm Jason (my real name is Robert). I am the founder, The Murderator of the site. We, at H.M.F.C., wanted to make you feel more welcomed to the community by informing you about our list of features. We hope you'll take a minute or two to read about our current features here at H.M.F.C.
We'll start off by introducing you to the staff.
Murderator
Jason, Krueger, Man In Black
Krueger and I have been here since the site originated. When I created the site, Krueger assisted in countless ways and has been a valued member ever since. His desire and focus to make this community a better place has earned him the spot of Murderator. Man In Black is one of the most well-spoken, kind hearted people, not just here, but of people I've ever known. He is a great poster and a great man. He's a major contributor to the site.

Coldstone Killa
Coldstone Killa has been here since day one and manages The WWE PPV Predictions and The TNA PPV Predictions. I don't believe you'll ever meet a bigger fan than him of professional wrestling.
Mod
Jasette
Jasette has been a long time member and has proven to be a very valued member of our boards. She contributes greatly to the site. She is one of the most, if not the most, loyal member to this community. I couldn't ask for a better member.

Board Rules and Member Groups
Before you get to posting, it's always good to know the rules. Not only that, but to know how to work your way up in star rankings/horror character status! Here you can view the Rules of the board.
As for member grouping. If you have not posted yet, you are a Ghostface (from the movie Scream) and have one blue star
. Work your way up in post count and you can become Dr. Hannibal Lecter, Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger and many others and have up to 5 stars! To learn more and understand how it works, go to the Member Groups topic and read all about it!

Not only do we have sections for Introductions, Administration, Horror Movies, Non Horror Movies, General Chatting, Movie Reviews and Film Rating, we have a very wide range of fun activities as well!
Banner Listing
Previously Used Method
As you may have noticed, there is a drop down menu toward the top of your screen. It should look something like this:
When you select the drop down list, you'll see a list of H.M.F.C. themes and many horror films to select. Once you select a theme or a horror film, hit the "Go" button and you'll see the banner. This is one of our most unique features.
Current Method
You may have noticed our current method for banner listing. Instead of randomly selecting a banner, a random banner will be selected for you each time you go to a different page or a page is refreshed. Over time, most users quit using the select banner method. Even myself. The list of banners that will pop up can be viewed here. If you're ever unsure what film a certain banner is from, just go to that link and identify it.
Board Activities
The NFL Predictions.
What we do here is predict the winners of each game for each week of the NFL season. If you're a fan of football, you'll love this game. Just be sure to join in before the regular season begins.
The WWE PPV Predictions and The TNA PPV Predictions
What we do here is predict winners of matches for each months pay per view. It's never too late to join in on it. Fans of professional wrestling love this.
Horror Movie of the Year
Every decade from 1960-present is organized neatly and made specifically for easy access and voting. You may vote for your favorite horror movie for every year from 1960-present. What is your favorite horror movie of 1984? A Nightmare on Elm Street? Silent Night, Deadly Night? Click the topic and vote for any movie!

Hi everyone I'm bec i just joined now as one of the newest members I feel welcome already! I've been a die hard fan of horror films since I was a toddler my dad got me started on them! My fave horror film of all time is Carrie I can relate to her expect I don't have her powers lol! Buy other faces include horror classics such as A Nightmare On Elm Street, Child's Play, From Dusk Till Dawn, Friday The 13th the list goes on this looks like a lotta fun look forward to my stay! Thanks!
I dont really have a favorite horror movie, because I am a really big fan of horror in general, but some of my favorites are The first Halloween, Wrong Turn 2, the original Night of the Living Dead, (although I am not a fan of zombie films in general) And the Devils Rejects. I am hoping I will meet some fans of horror and enjoy chatting about my favorite genre. Thanks!
