Get this, I was never told this by the people I had to hook up my high speed internet. But, the different little packages that people decide on for high speed connection has something hidden in it. I wasn't told that with each package you have a limited excess of upload and downloading. I couldn't connect to the internet no matter what I did. So, I called 'em. They said I was in violation of limit time. I've never had this happend before. Also, they told me that it usually happens when there's a peek time of the day with other wild blue users on the web. What the hell does that have to do with me?!! I pay $50.00 for their crappy high speed and $17.00 a month for AOL connection. Never had a problem with the amount I uploaded or downloaded and was never cut off the internet for going over my limit. Told me I wouldn't have excess until the 16th of this month. Now, I'm down to using AOL dial up off my phone line just to get on line. What a crock!!!!!!!!!! 
My contract ends with them of July of 2009. You can bet your bottom dollar, I'll be finding someone else for all my internet connectio, high speed and telephone needs plus cable thru someone else and these guys can stick it up their a*^^%. Plus, now when you spend $4.99 for a movie from dish network, you have a limited time of how long it stays on your DVR. Yep, that's right. You could buy a movie and then two days later, is erased off your DVR. You're not allowed to keep it forever. Just whenever they say you're allowed to have it. Bought Drillbit Taylor the other night and only had 2 days to view it and it was erased off our movie list. Does that suck or what?!!!!!!!
