Whenever we old ding a lings bend down to grab something, and when we get up we felt sudden ache or back pain...why is that? Like when I do I always exclaimed 'Old age is creeping on me'.  |

Haha. No. I would imagine SEVERE lack of exercise would be your problem. Try doing basic stretches every day.

Mine is the lack of excercise and that I didn't practice good body machanics when I was younger. That means proper ways of lifting and not with you back but bending at the knees and all that sorts. I'd be in a hurry and just lean over to pick something up. Put too much stress on my back and now, I'm paying for it. It kills me just to roll out of bed in the morning. I'm only 38!! Worse during the Winter. Just wait until it's hard to make it to the bathroom in time guys! Women have that problems worse then men. Especially ones who've had a kid. A cough, a sneeze and forget it. Don't have to go no more. Now that I've completing shared just about all with you. (hehe) I'll move on to the next topic..........  |
