(Sex Acts) In School --- Where Was The Teacher?

I have just watched a news where three boys having sex with a 12 year old girl, and three boys are between 12-13 years of age, but also that there wasn't a teacher when that happens.
It's not really known what's going on, but cops are investigating this matter....plus was stated that a teacher was in the room, which means he or she might have have three boys doing that to a willing or not so willing girl........as Ron Simmons would say 'DAMN!!'
