Things You Should Know About Jails/Prisons

Figured I'd share my experience behind the slammer and the things that's
going on inside, and how correctional officers treats those bad boys.
Sure you might have seen movies/tv shows about prison life, but it's not
really true.For years I have been in correctional centres and from the
inside there's nothing more then guys and gals trying thier best to set
things right.The dangerous criminals of all are those who treat the inmates
with contempt.In Thunder Bay Correctional Centre, which is the oldest jail
in canada, there are many guards who misused thier legal rights by not
allowing us inmates certain visit limit rights.Sure there are rules to apply,
but when a person that request for time limit, it should be allowed.
Even visit time limitations.Also behind the bars there are good beds to
sleep on.Good meals.Good TV veiwing.FREE biblical resources.Schooling
programs.Counsellings.Even having that isn't enough for inmates to
enjoy because whatever people do, thier freedom is taken, it may be
thier actions that led them to jail, or that people get thrown in jail just for
the fun of it.And THAT is how cops(in prison we call them PIGS) misused
thier legal rights.One day cops will be overthrown, and I'll be there when
that happens, cause we need a system that functions well....had to stop
there before I go off. Anyway, time in jail isn't that bad, as long you do
what you meant to be doing, no resistance, don't fight nor yell at the cops,
then you'll win thier abusive fights.Non-violence is the key to have the pigs
feel ashamed of themselves....again, I'm heading off-based, my bad.

I've been with a couple different guys that's been in both during their lives. They say jail is alot better then prision. More people get shanked in prison than jail. If a person going to prison for say, killing or molesting a child, you don't think the guys/girls already there don't know that person isn't coming? They're waiting for 'em. There are times in situations like that, the guard turns their back. There are prisoners own little clicks you're in. Groups. You name it, it'll happen. On ex b/f on his first day of being in a prison was walking down to his cell, and out of no where, someone came up and stabbed another inmate in the eyes. Which is a term for he seen something he wasn't suppose to see and got his eyes stabbed out. The inmate behind him told him to keep his head down, mouth shut and keep to your self. He did that for a year and 14 days. People in jail do have it alot easier than those in prison. One day you could be in the shower and everyone dissappears and then you're getting your ass kicked and head beat in. Seems the guards turn their back on the 'certain situations' as I said already. The girl prison can be bad too. Knew a girl who was in there for a few years. Some people who have good behavior work in the area that do checking in and out of inmates. Got this one that was coming in for murdering her child or something. Wasn't in the prison a day and some girl inmates messed her up real bad. If I had to go to one of those places, I think jail would be better. Of course, I make sure I stay away from both of them.

Right. I'm not even one of those teachers that sleep with their students. Can't understand why those women do that? Feel younger cuz they're getting old?
