This is one of George Romero's bests. The only film I've seen from George Romero that beats Night of the Living Dead is Dawn of the Dead (1978). Not only did this film open up a world for zombie movies, but it also had a spectacular ending!! Rate: 10/10

Solid 8.5 for me. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The effects were brilliant for their time and the acting was top notch. The down point for me was the setting. I realize that keeping it so contained was part of the closed in and trapped feeling, but I got a little bored of that house.

That is definitely a risky thing. It works well for me with murder mysteries like Clue, Murder by Death and And Then There Were None. I love all those movies.
