I enjoyed the funny parts with Jar Jar in and seeing Anakin as a young boy but i did not like the new feeling that was gave to it. Episode 1 was like a totally different movie from the orginal trilogy and it should have had the same feel to connect them both better. To improve i would say cut out more of the pod race it was to long a boring.

I think I'm one of the few people on the planet that liked TPM just as it was. To me it becomes an even better movie if you go back and watch it after you've seen Revenge of the Sith. People passed it off as a shallow, eye-candy flick, but nearly every scene carries more weight after watching the other two movies to see what happens with Anakin.
Nothing will ever be the Original Trilogy but I still say TPM is an 8.
