I've reconsidered my vote as I do happen to listen to Black Sabbath a bit more I still think The Doors are a better band in whole, therefore I retract my vote in favor of The Doors.  |

Hmmmmm...Opening the poll for a recovering friend to vote for his favorite is a noble cause. But clearly the way to go about it was to lock up the voting for everyone else and wait for your friend to return and cast the final vote, and not give people the opportunity to flip flop after voting a month ago (the other rounds only lasted a week or so, correct?). I feel the legitimacy of the tournament has been compromised.

The other rounds did last a week or so, but that was simply because everyone put their votes in. Once a poll is locked. It is locked. If there is still a poll voter's vote needed, the polls should, and will, remain opened. There's no reason to lock it, and wait for the recovery. Leave it open. If people decide to change their minds, that is their choice. I've been accused of tainting this tournament, but I'm telling you now, I would not have bickered if it was the other way around.
