I wanted to like this movie. I like Thomas Jane, I like the concept. The effects were good, but the last third of The Mist undid any and everything that the first two thirds got right... and the ending actually left me sick at my stomach - not just because of the moral dilemma intended, but for the downfall of a potentially brilliant movie. 4

Yep, I remember I left a little review on this movie over at yor board. I did enjoy most of it, but the ending was beyond stupid. Oy.
I think a 4 is warranted.

I liked this movie. It was one of the only movies in a long time where I was really surprised at the ending. I actually gasped in the theatre and I couldn't stop thinking about it for a few hours later.
