Not much story development, not much historical accuracy and not much chance of any Oscars... but 300 delivers some of the most fantastic, polished and visceral combat choreography you'll ever see - 8

I'm sure that's what they aimed for when making the film, and they were dead on. Great movie. 8.5, I'd say.

You are right, I'm sure they hit Frank Miller's vision dead center. Did you happen to watch the artwork as the credits rolled? I thought it was amazing. They used silhouettes to perfection... I keep thinking that I want to try to learn to paint using that style, but again I procrastinate. |

I would want to, but I lack the confidence to even try.  I have a 300 poster hanging up in my room. It was originally Stacey's, when I bought it, but she didn't seem to like it as much as I did. Mine now. Muahaha! |
