WALL·E is a perfect example of film as art... hardly any lines of dialogue harking back to the days of silent movies. It raked in tons of awards, including best of the decade from TIME, proving that you don't need a lot of talk to make a successful film. I'm not on board with the best of the decade... but I'll agree that it should be in contention - 9
