Who was your favorite old-school Dracula? (Gary Oldman doesn't count, that was in the 90's, too recent for this poll). And don't get all riled up about "Max Schreck doesn't count, his character was Count Orlock bla bla bla". The film's script says Dracula, so it counts.

I'm going with Lugosi. His portrayal is still iconic, 81 years later. He brought a suave, urbane, exotic feel to the role that no other actor was able to reproduce.
