This is like my post in the Halloween sub-board.
Do you think the F13 series has run its course? Should it have ended sooner?
I think it should have ended with part 4. Not only is the ending nice and noir, i.e. Jason is dead for real, but his evil lives on in Tommy's mind, but the episodes after part 4 are hopelessly moronic and nowhere near the standard set by the first 4 films.

Wrong series, home slice. I prefer the first 4 to the final 6. But my favorite is probably part VI. Although the first 4 films were definitely the better films, the turn after part V didn't bother me much. Other than Jason X.  The series turned into a campy fun franchise, which was perfectly okay with me. But the argument to end the series after part 4 is easily understandable. In fact, the original film was supposed to be the only one they made until fans demanded to know what happened to Jason, and it just took off from there. |

oh, i thougt he was talking about halloween srry, oh speaking of halloween, i got the remake of halloween 2 at 5 and below, gotta admit, it a pretty bloody movie
