(Stip: The only way to win is either by knockout or submission.)
2) Team MVP of MVP as the team captain with Jeff Hardy and The Wolves of Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards vs. Team Dixie of Bobby Roode as the team captain with Austin Aries and The BroMans of Robbie E and Jessie Godderz in an 8-man Lethal Lockdown Match
(Stip: The leader of the winning team (MVP or Dixie) will receive complete control of TNA wrestling operations. As for, if Dixie's Team wins, Bobby Roode gets 10% control of TNA.)
3) Madison Rayne (C) vs. Gail Kim for The TNA Women's Knockout Title
4) Gunner vs. James Storm in a Last Man Standing Match
5) The Great Muta, Sanada and Nakanoue (Wrestle-1) vs. Chris Sabin and Bad Influence of Christopher Daniels and Kazarian (TNA) in a 6-man Inter-promotional Tag Team Match
6) Mr. Anderson vs. Samuel Shaw
7) Manik vs. Tigre Uno
8) Ethan Carter III (EC3) vs. TBA
(Note: Kurt Angle is scheduled to be competing in this match, but it's questionable on that he has suffered a torn ACL and a torn MCL at the hands of EC3.)

But considering the fact that TNA has been doing their "big PPVs" like Lockdown, Slammiversary and Bound For Glory every other month to 3-4 months at a time and the other PPV type events during their "live" Impact shows.)
