Millhouse on the far left, used to have black hair in the early episodes. It was later changed to blue.


If you look at the picture in the frame next to Bart's bed you'll see what Krusty the Clown Originally was going to look like, until his look was revised later. Luckily before he starred in an episode.


Barney's hair was originally blonde, before it was decided he looked too blande. It was later changed to brown.


Mr. Smithers was a black man in the early episodes. It was later decided he should be a white man.

I've seen all of them a few Scenes were shown on The Tracey Ullman Show when she had a 10 minute show of them in the 30 minute broadcast before their own half hour series.
