Ahh, The Hitcher... RIP Rutger Hauer. He's definitely in my top 10 actors list.

Ahh, The Hitcher... RIP Rutger Hauer. He's definitely in my top 10 actors list. He really is great. Have you seen the TV movie Blind Slide, with Rutger Hauer and Rebecca de Mornay? Really lesser known and underrated flick. Highly recommend. Great suspense. THe famous trucking scene in The Hitcher was filmed at the Outpost Cafe, somewhere between a 5-10 minute drive from my house. Also, cool to see you joining this year!

I believe I saw that one. My favorite is a little known one called A Breed Apart... and it was filmed right here, so that's cool that he filmed one near you too.

I see that you watched Dark Skies. How did you like it? I have a pretty funny story about that movie. I saw it in theaters when it came out. Do you remember the scene where Keri Russell is desperately trying to sell the house and out of nowhere walks up to the sliding glass door and starts slamming her head into it repeatedly? I know this was meant to be scary, but it totally flopped with me. The more she kept slamming her head into it, the harder I laughed, and as if I wasn't laughing hard enough, the glass door starts to crack, which makes me laugh harder, but I'm in a theater with a decent amount of people, so I am suppressing my laughter as silently as possible, which in turn is making me laugh even harder. I remember little bits of that movie here and there, but I'll always remember this scene and when I saw it for the first time.

Lol, lots of scenes do me that way. That one didn't but I can see how it could have if it caught me right. I thought it was a good, creepy film, but I caught the twist before they threw it lol.
Marii and David get mad at me when I bust out laughing at a scene that does me like it did you.

Oh and I have some to add, so don't cut me off just yet. I can't do it on my phone.
Plus are we going through November this year?

We've never gone through November before, actually. I kinda wish we did. I get all hyped up for October for like three months, and then when October finally rolls around I can't pull the trigger and watch a bunch.
