Suggestions
-add a new font color
-fix up the 3D effects a little the rest of it looks fine
-Get images like folders,lock and sticky icons to match your board

-Make the yellow arrow on the scroll bar red to match the rest of your forum
-Make the link color of your boards different from the font color it looks better
Positives
-Banner
-Most of the 3D effects
-grads & Cell highlights

Overall 5.5/10 pretty good just gotta fix it up and good luck
