Well, I didn't like it when I saw it. I was extremely young then though. I'll likely give it another chance and see if my tastes have changed.

yeah, thats what I do whenever I see a funny movie and i dont get most of the jokes. If i watch a hilarious movie when im five and i dont see it ever again. I rent it buy it whatever watch it, and laugh my ass off at the parts I dont get

The original is pretty decent but the remake is AWESOME. It is a great slasher.

ok first of all i just saw this post in here when i made it one in the freddy vs jason section and i didnt mean to..im just getting used to this page lol. second of all..the texas chainsaw massacre was inspired by a guy that robbed graves and stalked a girl around..i have all the info i looked deeply into it..there never was an acual texas chainsaw massacre. the writer got the idea of using a chainsaw for the movie while shopping in sears..no joke..its on the second disk of the the new texas chainsaw massacre dvd out like the special edition with like the evidence pics..and its online too. also i love the new version of the movie..some stuff was cut out though..that made me mad. but the old one is just awsome  |

Ok, I rewatched the original today. I gotta say I loved it. I still prefer the remake, but this is still a great movie. It's hard to believe I hated this movie when I first saw it.
