Wow. I didn't know there was much out there better than the iPod. My first iPod was one of the older ones. I bought it about 18 months ago. It was the iPod mini. Bought it for 20 bucks from a friend of my ex. Eventually, I ran out of room and bought one of the newer 16 gig iPods on amazon. Cheapy, cheapy, of course. So now I can double my songs and still have room. (Plus, I just spent days adding original album artwork to every single song on it, too. I have over 1200 songs, right now.
I gave my old one to my Dad, because he bought a TERRIBLE mp3 player with the most ridiculous restrictions. You'd have to pay me to use that thing. ;D
Which device are you talking about?

Yeah, it's pretty awesome... they make cheaper ones that are just for music if you don't want the video... but I took back my iPod, got a refund and bought my A2 for less money with the video. The battery lasts about 9 hours for music and about 3 or 4 for video... I've had it for about 4 years and it still holds that long of a charge.
The drawback is that it can be a bit quirky at times and need resetting like a computer... but I'll take that.

That's a bummer. Yeah, I only use my iPod for downloading. No viideo or pictures on it, or anything of the like,
Which iPod did you have?

One of the first ones. I don't remember the name... it cost over 3 hundred dollars at the time.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_iPod_modelsThere's their list of iPods. My first one was the first generation mini, which I gave to my Dad. Same color as shown in the photo, too. The one I have now is the 4th generation nano. Which is the same color shown in the photo, as well.

Forgot to mention that I do dig the song Key West Intermezzo, and Glory Days is one of my favorite Springsteen songs.
Some other favorites from Mellencamp are Pink Houses, Small Town, R.O.C.K In The U.S.A and Jack And Diane.
