The game with Upton hit in the back was crazy. As you know Upton left Arizona under not-friendly terms. They hit him, Simmons twice, Chris Johnson and one other batter. Most of those were in the 8th inning. I really thought we were going to see a big fight. It was a sellout crowd and they brought all the security guys on the field.
It didn't work out so well for them as the DBs were ahead at the start of the 8th and after they started plunking guys we scored 8 runs in that inning. I can't believe they didn't eject that pitcher (Braves ejected him with their bats). The crowd was chanting 'Infield Fly'... and of course doing the chop. It was the funnest inning of BBall I've ever seen live.

A fight? Unlikely. It wasn't in L.A. ;D I didn't know they had an 8 run inning. Really? That's amazing. I'm sure that made it even more special. And it sounds like fans are actually educated on that side of the country. I don't think most Dodger fans know what a damn bunt is.  About the fights again, I'm sure it gets ridiculous at Dodger games when fights break out on the field. I heard somewhere that a few years back, they limited beer to one per person. Or maybe two, hoping it will tone down the constant fighting and thuggish behavior that goes down in that stadium. Even on the field. Have you ever noticed that most of the Dodger players have their shirts buttoned only halfway up, revealing their jewelry and whatnot? I may be biased because California teams irritate me ( ), but I think it's severely unprofessional.  |

I'm not sure I'd feel safe at a Dodger game.
I have always wanted to go to a couple Giants vs Braves games. That's an awesome stadium. I'd want to see one game inside and do another in my kayak trying to get a ball. I'd probably be safer in the water.
