The game everyone wanted. Rooting hard for Peyton to finish the way that Elway did, but if there's any team to concede to in the NFC that I could hand pick, it would've been Carolina, even though they scare the hell out of me. Picking Denver, officially. In addition to hoping for a Denver Super Bowl, I'm also hoping if we're not crowned the champs, that it's at least close, and not a 43-8 slopfest. Side note: I hope this isn't the end of Roman Numerals in the Super Bowl. I know the "L" is a pretty bad letter, but the Roman Numerals were always awesome to me.

I can't lose too bad in this SB... you know how high I place Manning in respect. I of course pick Carolina and will be pulling for the home town team, but I could quickly get used to the fact that Peyton went out on top. Reality is that if neither team was a favorite of mine or a rival I'd bet heavily on Carolina. I stand by what I've been saying - they are by far the most talented team in the NFL this year on both sides of the ball. I of course give Denver the edge on defense, but Carolina is first in offense PLUS they are #1 in several defensive categories most importantly scoring and turnover differential. Now, is it a done deal... heck no. With a terrorizing D-Line like the Broncos have they can beat anyone on any day. I just think that if Carolina plays mostly mistake free football they win this game 9 out of 10 times. The great thing is that we get a great story either way - Peyton goes out on top the way he should or we get a well run, former player owned franchise winning a city and state's first world championship in a major sport. I can tell you personally what a SB win would do for our area. This year we don't have to worry about the Cheatriots stealing another one like last year when they were outmatched and played and yet still left with the Lombardi. I love the gifs Jason... the Panther one was about like that game went lol... I'll leave you with a huge congrats on your prediction season and this meme that I made. Tom Terrifik made it too easy for me posing for this picture!

No problem Chris, now if it was NE...
Good luck and good game guys. I hope it is a fun game who ever wins.

I heard Flair and Brady were hanging out and I was so bummed. I saw Tom Baby before the Super Bowl and couldn't figure out for the life of me why he'd show his face anywhere near that stadium, especially since he and his goon spy squad stuck their noses up at the Pro Bowl. Then I remembered they were honoring previous MVPs, and it clicked. Of course he'll show up for that. Was awesome hearing a huge wave of boos when he came out. I was tickled. I dig Cam, and I was pretty disappointed in the way he handled himself after the game, but in his defense, the questions were pretty insufferable. "How do you feel?", "Are you disappointed for your teammates", etc... Ask real questions, please. I will say, though, that you learn more from losing than you do winning, and hopefully he'll come back next year more wise and even better. Carolina and Denver play again next year, and I have no doubt it's gonna be in prime time. EDIT: Well, apparently the media decided to plant him and Chris Harris right next to each other, so Cam heard everything Harris was saying about the game plan and how to contain Cam, so that's probably why he left.

Yeah, even Harris said it was messed up and he'd have done the same thing.
It is what it is... Cam will keep learning that to be on that stage... you are ALWAYS on that stage - good or bad.
Not real fond of Talib... but I wasn't in NE either lol.
Now everyone is piling on Manning. If I got investigated for every time I pulled a sophomore prank like putting my butt in somebody's face... I wouldn't have time to eat.
Oh, and notice Flair in that picture is demonstrating Brady's 'size'.
